JAKARTA-(IDB) : Latihan Bersama (Latma) antara TNI Angkatan Laut dan Tentera Laut Diraja Brunai Darusalam (TLDB) dengan sandi Helang Laut 13B/12 melaksanakan manuvra formasi “D” sebagai salah satu formasi dalam latihan bersama dengan TLDB di Perairan Brunei Darussalam, baru-baru ini.
TNI Angkatan Laut pada latihan tersebut melibatkan dua unsur Kapal Perang Republik Indonesia (KRI) dari jajaran Koarmabar yaitu KRI Lemadang-632 dan KRI Barakuda-633 yang keberangkatannya ke Brunai Darusalam dilepas oleh Panglima Komando Armada RI Kawasan Barat (Pangarmabar) Laksamana Muda (Laksda) TNI Didit Herdiawan, M.P.A., M.B.A., pada tanggal 12 Maret 2012 dari Dermaga Tanjung Priok Jakarta.
Selain KRI Lemadang-632 dan KRI Barakuda-633, Satgas Latma Helang Laut 13B/12 juga melibatkan satu tim Pasukan Katak dari Satuan Komando Pasukan Katak Koarmabar (Satkopaskaarmabar) dan satu tim Penyelam dari Dinas Penyelamatan Bawah Air Koarmabar (Dislambairarmabar). Sementara unsur TLDB akan melibatkan 1 PV, 2FPB, dan Diving Team serta tiga kapal perangnya masing-masing KDB Darussalam-06, KDB Berkat-18 dan KDB Syafaat-19.
Menurut Komandan Satuan Tugas (Satgas) Latma Helang Laut 13B/12Mayor Laut (P) Daru Cahyo Sumirat, Satgas Latma Helang Laut 13B/12 selama latihan melaksanakan kegiatan berupa open ship, upacara pembukaan di Markas Besar TLDB Courtesy Call kepada Panglima Armada RBN, pembahasan penggunaan komunikasi, perencanaan NEX tim biru dan oranye, boarding theory, pengenalan latihan laut, cocktail reception, maritime interdiction familirization, teori FFDC, briefing pelayaran, latihan praktek FFDC, pembahasan NEX oleh tim biru dan tim oranye, peran pemeriksaan, pertandingan olahraga di Kompleks Olahraga Markas Besar RBN, pengenalan daerah latihan, pertukaran personel.
